Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged or incorrect orders: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will refund or replace it — your choice. Please contact us at support@biawell.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item.

Returns: to start a return, contact us at support@biawell.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
